Order Processing

Noir Monét Hair products will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed.  Orders placed for our 100gram bundles will require an additional 3-5 business days for processing (in addition to the shipping time).

Please note - Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any modifications.  We highly recommend that clients review each order prior to submission as we cannot modify orders (product changes, addresses, cancellations, etc.).

We highly recommend clients review and inspect their products upon arrival.  Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order at info@noirmonethair.com. Noir Monét Hair is NOT liable for any installations or hair associated services in relation to our products.

Upon receipt of an order, we may require additional information to verify shipping and payment information.  Any fraudulent activity will be cancelled immediately and could lead to prosecution.

Noir Monét Hair operates exclusively online and does not have a physical/retail location.
