Return Policy and Shipping

RETURN POLICY

Due to the sensitive and sanitary nature of our products, ALL purchases are FINAL and non-refundable.  All lace items, sale or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.  In addition, all items are not eligible for exchanges.

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any modifications (ie. address, cancellations, etc).  Please ensure that each order is thoroughly reviewed prior to finalizing it. 

Customer return requests must be started within 7 days upon receipt of the items.  Clients MUST contact us in regards to a return as we will NOT accept any returns if we are not contacted first. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, it must be re-sellable, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Please note that hair must NOT be altered in any way which includes not being combed/brushed, washed, styled, cut, dyed, etc.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@noirmonethair.com.  Clients will need to include their first and last name, phone number and reason for return.  Clients are responsible for all fees associated with their returns (ie. shipping fees, etc.) and are subject to a restock fee of $25 CAD. 

Again, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.  Once thoroughly inspected and processed, all returns will ONLY be issued as an e-gift card.  Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and to issue a gift card.  This credit will be in the form of an e-gift card minus the initial shipping and restock fee.

 

Damages and issues

Our team works diligently to ensure we provide the best products possible.  All shipments are thoroughly inspected by our team, but we ask that you please inspect your order upon reception.  Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.  If you have any concerns regarding your order, contact us at info@noirmonethair.com.

SHIPPING

Noir Monét Hair is NOT liable for any delayed orders and we do not offer refunds for delays.  We advise clients to contact their local shipping company to inquire about any changes in relation to the shipping process.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct as orders cannot be redirected once they have shipped.  If there is an error with the shipping information, clients must contact their local courier as soon as possible.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and will be shipped once all information is verified and cleared.  Please note that if an order is placed on the Friday, it will be processed beginning on the following business day, which is the Monday.  Shipping dates provided on ‘checkout’ are estimates only and depending on location, shipping dates may vary.  Estimates for shipping timeframes are as follows:

Canada: Provider used is either DHL or Fedex, shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days.

United States: Provider used is either DHL or Fedex, shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days.

International:  Provider used is Fedex, shipping times may vary depending on location.

Noir Monét Hair is able to ship to PO Boxes.  Please note that shipments to PO Boxes results in slower shipping times and possible issues with claiming packages if they have been lost.

Please note that for international orders, import charges (ie. tariffs) are not covered by Noir Monét Hair.  Although orders are typically shipped with DHL or Fedex, Noir Monét Hair reserves the right to change delivery methods if required.  The shipping fees may be altered and must be covered by the client upon purchase.

It is extremely IMPORTANT to triple-check all order information.  We strongly advise clients to verify their address, potential missing information, name, unit numbers, etc. to ensure they receive their packages without any issues.  If clients must return their orders, the store credit (e-gift card) can be used to re-purchase items.  We cannot guarantee the same prices or the availability of the product. 

Clients are advised that orders placed for our 100gram bundles will require an additional 3-5 business days for processing (in addition to the shipping time).

 

We are certain that you will not be disappointed with our products, but we highly recommend that clients have thoroughly verified their information and everything else associated with the order prior to placing it.  Noir Monét Hair accepts NO responsibility for any misplaced, lost, stolen or items delivered incorrectly.
